    To make this even better we use black treacle in the curing process to ensure a sweet taste. great for breakfast, but even better on pancakes, burgers or as candied bacon!

The use of locally produced Welsh pigs and curing on site not only lets us call it completely Welsh, but also allows us to control it's taste. this means we can produce a very tasty bacon which isn't too salty and will not shrink in the pan.... Give it a go. Once you 'Go Welsh'... you never go back!
