Reared on either our own farm, or a reputable & trusted neighbouring farm. Grass-fed natural free range reared. Hung for atleast 28 days to mature properly. Our Minted, 100% Welsh Lamb Burgers are home-made on site and give a flavour and texture un-matchable by supermarket brands. Very rich in taste, and require a delicate touch on the BBQ due to the crumbliness of the lamb burger.

All of our lamb is locally produced and is therefore one hundred percent Welsh. We either purchase lambs from the local mart in Newcastle Emlyn or we have our own flock where we can hand pick the finest lambs when they are ready. We are proud to be able to offer our home grown lambs throughout the summer months and support other local farmers throughout the year.

All cut products to be within +/-5% of weights in description. All meat to be cut to order and has a minimum 3 days shelf life (unless otherwise agreed/stated). Before placing your order, please check out our  DELIVERY (dewijamesbutchers.co.uk) information.
