Beef Skirt (800g)

Beef skirt steak is a long, flat, and flavourful cut, known for its rich, beefy taste and coarse texture. 

It's relatively tough but becomes tender when cooked properly, especially when sliced against the grain after cooking. Skirt steak is a versatile cut, popular in various cuisines for dishes like fajitas, tacos, stir-fries, and grilled steak salads.

The majority of our beef is locally sourced with some coming from our own farm, some five miles away. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a wealth of beef producers. We are on first name terms with many local farmers having built relationships over decades. We also frequent the local livestock markets in addition to purchasing carcasses and prime cuts from local abattoirs, thus ensuring a consistency of both quality and welfare.

All cut products to be within +/-5% of weights in description. All meat to be cut to order and has a minimum 3 days shelf life (unless otherwise agreed/stated). Before placing your order, please check out our  DELIVERY (dewijamesbutchers.co.uk) information.
