Reared on either our own farm, or a reputable & trusted neighbouring farm. Hung for between 21 - 28 days to mature properly. Our Rib-eye steak is tender and succulent, with slightly more fat for that extra flavour. Cut from the shoulder of the beef, it has the tenderness of the sirloin, but the extra rich flavour from the fat which keeps it moist.
