Welsh Rolled Brisket

Our Rolled Brisket is a traditional slow roasting joint. Succulent red meat, rolled in a swirl with some fat for that extra flavour.  These joints are used to make your chillis, cawl, stews, etc but they also make the ultimate pulled beef (Leave us a note in checkout if you want it flat rather than rolled)

The majority of our beef is locally sourced with some coming from our own farm, some five miles away. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a wealth of beef producers. We are on first name terms with many local farmers having built relationships over decades. We also frequent the local livestock markets in addition to purchasing carcasses and prime cuts from local abattoirs, thus ensuring a consistency of both quality and welfare.

All cut products to be within +/-5% of weights in description. All meat to be cut to order and has a minimum 3 days shelf life (unless otherwise agreed/stated). Before placing your order, please check out our  DELIVERY (dewijamesbutchers.co.uk) information.

~All 10lb orders are whole joints and may come in several pieces/joints to make up 10lb in weight.
