Guaranteed a quality product, the pork belly joint has a truly unique taste. Layers of meat and fat sandwiched between crackling and bone. The bone not only adds to the flavour but also acts as a trivet underneath. A scrumptious delectable treat!

Our Pork is chosen for its succulent taste, fat coverage and quality of welfare. We source from a mixture of local, Welsh and UK pork due to the lack of a supply of pigs in Wales, especially West Wales. Rest assured that we choose trusted suppliers, who recognise the importance of high welfare and great tasting pork. All our local supply of pork comes from Cig Oen Caron, the Tregaron abattoir, who source their pigs within a 40-50 mile radius.

All cut products to be within +/-5% of weights in description. All meat to be cut to order and has a minimum 3 days shelf life (unless otherwise agreed/stated). Before placing your order, please check out our  DELIVERY (dewijamesbutchers.co.uk) information.
