Pork Chops

Guaranteed a quality product, the classic pork chop has a reserved spot on all household dinner plates, ensuring a great meal for all the family any night of the week It includes the bone which many chefs believe to add to the flavour of any meat while cooking. This is a traditional feast!

Our Pork is chosen for its succulent taste, fat coverage and quality of welfare. We source from a mixture of local, Welsh and UK pork due to the lack of a supply of pigs in Wales, especially West Wales. Rest assured that we choose trusted suppliers, who recognise the importance of high welfare and great tasting pork. All our local supply of pork comes from Cig Oen Caron, the Tregaron abattoir, who source their pigs within a 40-50 mile radius.

2 Pork chops = 550g - 600g approximately

All cut products to be within +/-5% of weights in description. All meat to be cut to order and has a minimum 3 days shelf life (unless otherwise agreed/stated). Before placing your order, please check out our  DELIVERY (dewijamesbutchers.co.uk) information.
